Aker Solutions has established a software business called ix3 (ix3.com) to transform the customer value proposition through leading digital and software offerings. ix3 develops software solutions for accelerating field development projects, automate engineering, accelerate fabrication/construction and optimize asset integrity, safety and performance throughout the life of and oil and gas asset

In order to strengthen its' commercial capability, the ix3 is now looking for Customer Success Manager to be located in South East Asia.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Work as a project manager and domain expert in a multidiscipline customer success team, responsible for successful onboarding and delivery of Aker Solutions Field Development software.
  • Own relationship with customers: Onboarding, user adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction, managing risk
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships on all relevant levels within the customer organization by taking a hands-on approach and being present and visible at these accounts on a regular basis.
  • Work with customers to establish goals, success metrics, lead value realization discussions and aid them in achieving them to provide ultimate value of the Aker Solutions Field Development software.
  • Work closely with the 1st line support team, providing support when needed, to ensure timely response on customer tickets.
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities, and act on new business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Act as the customers' voice and spokesperson; advocate customer needs and issues internally.
  • Provide input to, and support establishment of Service Level Agreements with customers.
  • Proactively keep customers informed of product releases and other important events.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team and product owners for product issues, requests and defining requirements for future features.
  • Execute against and report on Customer Success metrics, constantly looking to innovate and engage to improve results.
  • Proactively work to establish and improve internal work processes, tools and procedures.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, development and broader cross functional groups to drive continuous improvement and provide a superior customer experience

Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

  • Preferably Master’s degree or similar
  • Preferably 5+ years’ experience with sales and tendering, preferably from Aker Solutions or other similar companies
  • Keen interest in digital technologies and sufficient technical insight to understand and challenge digital solutions
  • Proven ability to work effectively across geographies
  • Excellent presentation skills, client relationships skills - emphasizing excellence, prospecting and negotiation skills, creativity, sales planning and execution

  • Ability to efficiently navigate the organization and engage key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • High energy level; self-going and comfortable with a high pace environment

  • Ability to filter and extract the good ideas with highest potential
